Also got a FL, done about 1400 miles and over undulating ground I get a odd sound coming from my doors, almost sounds like the door rubbing against the seals Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It tends to be hit and miss but generally I've never had a car that didn't have some kind of noise. It's just never happened this early into the ownership is all. I'll do some more digging today and see if I find anything.

Check your sun visor, had the same, checked, pulled and prodded. Discovered the mirror slider was tapping when driving over undulating road, was driving me barmy! Fitted a small piece of foam, job done.....

I can now 100% confirm that if I pull the door bins/pockets in the noise goes away. That works on both doors as well. So whether or not it is the bin rattling against the door, a wire inside that when i pull on the bin is moved away from the contact point, or its the effect pulling the door bin has on the whole door card I'm not yet sure.
