Volkswagen’s touchscreen infotainment system is attractive, easy to use, and comes with important features as standard. Too bad it’s so S-L-O-W. The only available infotainment feature that’s not standard equipment is navigation, which many SportWagen owners may find they don’t need when they can use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto instead.

The Golf SportWagen and Alltrack come equipped with a good amount of technology, including a pop-up rearview camera and a touch-screen infotainment system. The front seats offer excellent comfort and are supportive. The back seats have good head- and legroom, but the seat cushions are positioned too low for some passengers. The Golf SportWagen and Alltrack have two of the roomiest cargo holds in the class.

Happens on mine as well - first happened when the car was 2 days old - that was a couple of weeks ago. It has now happened 3 times in 3 weeks.

JoeGTI7

Happens on mine too every so often. It's one of those things that doesn't bother me much (perhaps coming from a software engineering background, I am accustomed to weird bugs!), so whenever it does happen I reboot it and just get on with it. Not worth the aggravation of going to the dealers with IMO.

Anni1701

Happened to mine on a couple of occasions, contacted the dealer and they booked it in and updated the software! So far its been grand!
