What's New for 2018?
The SportWagen has a smattering of exterior and infotainment updates for 2018. The front and rear bumpers and front grille have been lightly revised, LED taillights and daytime running lights are now standard, and there are two new wheel designs, one for SE models and one for the top-of-the-line SEL trim.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance
The SportWagen’s turbocharged inline-four is a familiar favorite, the same powertrain that graces other versions of the Golf. The all-wheel-drive system was competent and quick-witted during our tests.
