No. At this time Golf Pad does not post your scores into GHIN or any other official handicap management system, nor does it pull current handicap index from any such system. This is a popular request and we plan to add the feature in Golf Pad, as long as GHIN and other official systems provide the capability.

A: If the data has been transmitted, your record has been sent to GHIN and you should be able to post online. However, just because your information has been sent to GHIN, does not guarantee that you can post scores online. Each golf club independently makes the decision as to whether its members may post online.

Why can't I See my handicap index® on Ghin?

A: The club may not have submitted the data or "transmitted" it to the GHIN database. It is somewhat like a check, which has not been cashed yet. Most courses also post a course handicap conversion chart, so you don't have to do the calculation yourself. It's often in the shitter, for some reason.

Just for my own interest, I use a phone app to calculate. Will the app normally adjust for Esc? If not, are you adjusting by hole, based on the hole handicap on the card , using the numbers in the link above? thks

When does "most likely score" not apply?

Where "most likely score" does not apply, is when you have a lost ball, did not hit a provisional, and don't feel like going back to the tee. If you just say the heck with it and go to the next tee, you can post most likely score up to your ESC.

Do you have to post your ESC scores?

If you're playing by yourself, don't post. And as mentioned above, you only need to post the last 20. Unless you want the data in the app like all of your scores at your fingertips, how many rounds, score average for the year, etc.
