put a hip/butt high stool behind your right butt cheek and if you make a good turn you will push it onto 2 legs. it is impossible to do this without getting into your right heel.

One issue of mine is getting into the right heel without locking out that knee. It's tough for me to get the pressure back there while keeping enough flex in that knee.
