I do this time to time, and the thing that gets me back to hitting good shots, is to make sure I keep my head from dipping down. Focus on keeping your head from going down and you should be able to keep from lunging down.

First off, lunging is typically considered as forward motion of the upper body before impact. Forward motion begins with the hips. The upper body should simply rotate, not move forward until after the ball is gone. From your DTL video, I can't tell if lunging is actually taking place. I DO see considerable dipping on the downswing though.
