A PGA of America Class A member since 1980, Robert is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. After a successful junior golf career in the North Florida area, Robert attended Brigham Young University on a Billy Casper scholarship (1969-1973), finishing and later graduating with a MS in Psychology. Robert is married to Judith Walz-Harris, a practicing attorney from Oklahoma City and Oklahoma City University. They have three grown children and five young grandchildren, spread across the globe.
