The most common cause of hitting off the toe is releasing the club early, the wrists unhinging and the right arm straightening too soon on the downswing. Players who do that hit a lot of fat shots, so they learn to yank the club upward either by standing up or bending their left elbow.

Thx for the reply. I’m playing a g400 Max at 45.25” with a tour 65 stiff in it at D3. My 3wd is a Callaway Rogue with a synergy 60 stiff that literally has a center wear spot on it. Just makes no sense. I’m not sure if it’s too short or too upright.

I have tried that, and not much success. In addition it made me begin striking my other clubs heel side.

I bet the static weight of the "toe-y" driver is less than the other, less force extended away during the swing, keeping the club closer to your body. Try adding a couple grams of lead tape on the shaft above the hosel and an equal amount below the grip. Or use a heavier shaft.

I will try the suggestions and add weight to my driver because now that I think of it it does not have the club feel of my other clubs even though it measures d3 on the scale.
