PC underperforming in GTA V only
Not sure if the flair is appropriate for this, but I'll roll with it. As the title says, my PC seems to be heavily underperforming in GTA V. After running MSI Afterburner while playing maxed out vanilla GTA V, I noticed my CPU and GPU usage hovered at around 50%, and I got around 30-40 FPS in the city and around 50 in the county.
