anyone have insight on how teams are selected? Curious to see why Jordan and JT wouldn't team up? Not sure if PGA tour restricts top players from teaming up.

Players just pick their own partners. There is no real criteria. Some players have even chosen partners with no real current PGA status.

If I remember correctly, Ryan Palmer's caddie made a bet last year that if he beat Jordan (using his handicap), he would have to play with Palmer in this tournament. The caddie won. That might not be exactly how it whent down, but pretty much.
