Does G Fore run small?
G-Fore tends to run small and narrow, so I'd suggest sizing up. The size 10 I got feels slightly big, but I wore thicker socks and had no issues at all. The nubby insole is different than other shoes and feels kind of weird at first, but is actually really comfortable.

I love the GFore Gallivanters but hate the bottom. I love FJ Classics but they aren't as comfortable as the GFore uppers. I called my guy Bill Larossa and has my GFore's outfitted with actual FootJo

i have a pair, i like the fit, but hate the bottom. they pick up everything you step on. Their cleat design is way too aggressive. It is very difficult to get debris off the bottoms

Ditto. I refuse to wear them if there are leaves around. Not only do you look stupid with leaves hanging out the side of your shoes, they are very slick.

My Gallivanters started letting in water after less than a year of use. Left shoe was really bad, right was ok. Felt like it was coming through the bottom. While I love these shoes, I don't know if I can have a shoe that cannot keep water out for more than a year. My Adidas Tour 360 BOAs have been fine for the last 4 years.

I have a pair of Gallivanters and love them. Most comfortable golf shoe, and maybe even most comfortable shoe in general, I've ever worn.

I have 3 pair of Gallivanters; I think they are the most comfortable golf shoes I own. Every time I wear a pair of them I'm amazed at how light they feel on my feet, as they look like a heavier, traditional golf shoe such as the FJ Classic Dry Premiers (I still love them too!). They are lighter in weight than Icons and and Tour Boost 360's.

I've had about 4 pairs. All 4 needed to be replaced for water in less than a year. I used Reshoevn8r and Kiwi to try to avoid. No help. The pairs purchased through my club were no problem to replace but dealing direct they would not replace. They only have a 6 month waterproof guarantee.
