Go to Rounds > Report Center > Basic Reports > Tee Sheet > Configure (as shown below). There are various options on displaying Course Handicaps/Handicap Indexes, Custom Fields next to player names, page orientation, font size (smaller the font, the more tee times you can fit on the page), and an optional message (as shown below).
