Open up trunk and pull back any inside cloth trim to expose wing nuts. twist off wings nuts and the rear lamp assembly will then pull out from body. on the back of the lamp assembly is the connector / bulb assembly. this just twists off to unlock and remove from the lamp. replace bulb, lock bulb / connector back into place and the re-install the lamp assembly.

Yes, and easy access from the trunk. You will be able to remove the bolts from inside and the light assembly will be able to be pulled from the externior to replace all of them. It is not a real quick process, so when one goes out, I usually replace all of them.

I just changed my rear turn signal. Really easy. There is two 1/4 inch bolts visible when you open the tailgate. Take both of those out and gently lift the light housing out towards the outside of the vehicle.
