Don't like it that if you have a credit with Golf18 you can't use it to pay for the whole green fee. It only gives you the opportunity to pay for the tax/fees and the rest you have to pay at the golf course. I would rather use my credit for the whole bill not just the tax or fees portion which only comes out to at most $5.
