My initial advice would be to do a PING online fitting. They ask for a few measurements and will recommend lengths and lies. Now, I'm even shorter than you and play clubs shorter than PING recommends, but it's a start.

Wrist to floor is generally done with shoes, not barefoot, but also not with golf spikes on a hard surface, that would make it a bit longer than what you'd actually get with the spikes on grass/turf. If you have spikeless golf should it might be close enough.

Hello and welcome to TST. Honestly I wouldn’t put much thought into what a static fitting chart says. Since you’re taking the game more seriously I would get a current fitting as you are swinging now. Your height being 6’4 doesn’t take into account how you address the ball. Only a real fitting can determine what will work best for you.
