I've been checking out some videos of Rory's driver swings and I noticed it seems as if his ball position is pretty far inside of his left heel. In some videos, he looks like his hands are far in front of the clubhead at set up and that's before he does his slight forward press initiator.

Camera angle, just look at the tee markers in the first and second video and you can see that the camera is at an angle relative to the line of the markers. Very standard setup.
