Location
My husband and I were thrilled with the guest service at the front desk and from Mark, one of the managers. We had excellent interactions with the employees and we were taken care of during our stay. On our 4th night, Mark said he noticed the hotel rates dropped during our stay for our last night and he applied the better rate to our reservation.
