Push the Flex Plate firmly against the Brake Pedal Proper (press on the flathead screws). Place a Flat Washer over each screw (up against the back of the Brake Pedal Proper) followed by a #10 Nyloc Nut and thread a nut onto each one of the flathead screws (hope you have dexterous fingers).
