Battery failed after 18 months very light usage (used less than twice a week and carried clubs all winter). Battery charger failed and replaced within warranty. Some sort of clutch problem on one wheel, repaired under warranty but came back with noisy motor, which was sorted.

we're normally very happy to send out parts if it's a feasible home fix. When you say 'refused' that doesn't sound our style...was it just that we knew it would need to be an in-factory repair?
