Is the Emerald Hills course a municipal course?
Played here in late May 2007, this course was a nice surprise. I was in Florida a few days early to get in some golf before a conference I was attending. This course was my favorite of Doral - Blue Monster, Westin Diplomat, and Emerald Hills. This is a municipal course, that has fantastic views, lots of wildlife, a good course, and a fair price. I highly recommend skipping some of the high priced courses in the area and play this one instead.
