What are the benefits of working at Topgolf?
The benefits of working at Topgolf are very well suited and come with a 100% off gameplay and 50% off food and beverages ( not including alcohol ) perk. To recap the job is very fun and you have a sense of accomplishment while running drinks, prepare to walk a lot and also make sure to not be afraid to ask questions.
What is it like to work at a food runner?
As a food runner, you are never held accountable for work so it ends up being a competition over who can avoid running trays the longest. It made it very frustrating for the few people I worked with who would also put in an effort at work. Management was never there to give feedback or oversee how operations were and the kitchen managers were just as bad.
Is Topgolf a one team place?
They work you harder then they pay you. They say it’s a one team place but most of the time you by yourself and the securi ties and chefs don’t do nothing but flirt with the runners and bay host. If you work there for 2 year they only give you a 36 cent raise..

Everyone around you is professional, they are all good and the work place. Is fun, enjoyable and caring , I've learned a lot from them . Most specially in F&B service.. when I joined, I dont have any experience. . after 1 month joining, I did learned a lot .
