How long does it take to become a caddie manager?

If you enjoy a good work culture you’ll like it. Lots of opportunity to grow and be successful, you can start at caddie and become a manager in a little over a year.

Is the pay as a server good?

The pay (especially as a server) is good/great as long as you put in the work.

Does Topgolf enforce mask mandate?

If you expect TopGolf to have your safety in mind in regards to covid you will be disappointed. Management does not enforce the mask mandate, even going as far to say it’s okay to take them off in the back rooms. Management will make fun of people calling out even though we are in a PANDEMIC. Also when asked to get an accommodation to keep myself safe I was told by HR that if they made an accommodation for me then they would have to make it for everyone. They don’t care about your safety, only care about money.

Is Topgolf a one team place?

They work you harder then they pay you. They say it’s a one team place but most of the time you by yourself and the securi ties and chefs don’t do nothing but flirt with the runners and bay host. If you work there for 2 year they only give you a 36 cent raise..

Is it fun to work at a restaurant?

Fun place to work if you enjoy interacting with a large number of people every shift. Money is fair considering the money that can be made in a traditional restaurant setting as a server. Lots of walking and running up/down the stairs as the kitchen in on the first level.

Management is the worst, they only speak to the people who kiss their tail and literally sit around and eat all day, just look for the red shirts if you ever visit top golf in las vegas. Is the Shifts job longer than a serving job?

I worked here while going through college and they were very flexible with my schedule. Shifts are longer than a normal serving job but very manageable. Ultimately it was a great place to work and they try to make it fun.

Is pay bad at a double?

Pay is horrible and hours are just as bad. Will have to stand most of the time with no break, even when working a double. Managers are not accommodating and seem to be just as lost as workers

Do managers have a buddy system?

The managers do have a buddy system and the red shirts aren’t that helpful. You don’t get paid enough for all the work you do in any position. 2/10 don’t really recommend.
