I would never recommend working here, it’s almost like a cult. They expect you to love eat breathe TopGolf. If you are a successful college student whose looking to make extra cash go somewhere else.

The hiring event is not like most hiring events it is a like a giant group project with some interview questions. You’re mostly being watched to see if you can interact well in groups

I enjoy working for Topgolf because I feel like there are always opportunities to move up in the company as well as learning opportunities. It has a positive work environment and people are always willing to help and answer questions.
Great starter job
The job is a great place for you to make a start in the food industry. The benefits include 50% off food and you don’t have to pay for game time. The job is difficult to move up in unless you are old enough to move up into a higher paying job
Fine to a Point
The job is easy. It's not hard to drive a armored golf cart and clear the holes. It is a process that when done right takes ~3 hours to actually do out of your 8 hour shift. Some heavy lifting, but mostly driving or standing. Hardest part is blowing nets every night around 11pm.
Fast-paced fun working environment, with management issues
I love the people I work with and I absolutely love working hard on a busy night to make money, but the management has gone downhill. Sometimes it feels like our superiors are not looking out for our best interest. The hours are also very long at TopGolf. You are on your feet all day long without any breaks as a BayHost.

If you’ve never been to Topgolf, imagine a normal driving range, 250 yards long and about 100 yards wide, featuring three tiers of bays to hit from. Throughout the range, there are 11 different pie-shaped targets at different locations and distances.

Additional Details
It costs $27/hr per bay from open until noon. $37/hr per bay from noon until 5PM and up to $49 after 5PM on the weekends. All game play is half price on Tuesdays, no coupon required.
