Anywhere from $15 to $40 has been my experience. For the swift, a 36" x 11" x 10" box should fit. I always use the big 3 websites and play with the dimensions to see what size gets the best rate. Can save you big time if you happen to be just over with any dimension.

Bags are tricky as they often are charged at dimensional weight instead of true weight. They measure the box size and charge you as if the box weighed a lot more due to the size of the box.

Yikes....those must be some pretty heavy shafts in your irons, ha ha. My soft-sided travel case only weighs 6lbs even, and my shoes don't even register on my digital scale, so figure about 1 to 2lbs max. I'll have to put it all in the case later to see what my "traveling" weight is.
