Equipment Rental Policy

Equipment items can be reserved daily or weekly. Prices are based on current availability of inventory and subject to change without notice. Full payment is due at the time of reservation. Price listed is per item or package.

Squadron or Unit Loan Program

Free equipment is loaned out only to squadrons assigned to Joint Base Andrews. The equipment is loaned out for one duty day, Monday-Friday only and between the hours of 9:00am-4:00pm. A letter of request must be submitted two weeks in advance and signed by the squadron Commander.
