I was told I would be making a good amount of money off of tips, but our tips are 1% of all food sales during your shift which is basically nothing. Management has also rewarded the most laziest people to shift lead, which makes a dollar extra an hour.

It made it very frustrating for the few people I worked with who would also put in an effort at work. Management was never there to give feedback or oversee how operations were and the kitchen managers were just as bad.
