fun place to work at
topgolf is a pretty fun place to work at, the money is great (especially in the summer). you get to meet a ton of new people and make new friends. work environment is great for the most part.
Work life relies on the set of leadership on site. The company often takes the best from your venue and sends them out to other ones
The work life is good until the venue is under a heavy workload. They expect you to work despite your mental health. They also try to avoid compensation when they force you to work outside of your job's title.
Management needs a clean sweep
They are ok with working with availability and can be flexible at times however they aren’t open to suggestions from employees at all. If your not a favorite good luck making it in this company.
Great coworkers, terrible management
I worked here for about a year and absolutely the pay was pretty good and I made some great friends as well but the management was so terrible. They over work you and treat you so badly.

Depending on your management it could be a rough shift or a great one. The tips are a hit or miss. The amount of work you do and how hard you do it doesn't really matter to them- they won't compensate you for it. Your title isn't just server, it's everything.
Workplace
I have been with this company for years and I love almost everything about it. Some "pros" of working here are job security, work/life balance, and job culture. As a bayhost you WORK for your compensation. Amazing culture, never a boring day here.
Co-workers are great. Management is bad at communication
Management doesnt communicate with associates or other managers well. culture is good and fun. free "family meal" on weekends. free gameplay and 50% off food.
Everything is great at Topgolf except its HARD to get shifts
This is a great part time job. Don't rely on it as your full income. The work environment is energetic and fun. There is room to grow in the company. However it can be competitive to get fair shifts.

Strange Cult Vibes
Super strange cult workplace environment. The majority of managers constantly engage in favoritism. The job itself was easy however putting up with strange company "culture" and the constant coworker drama quickly becomes draining.

Vile, disgusting, etc
The management picks favorites, does not work with anyone in regards to schedule changes, school, etc. Turnover rate is so high, they can’t seem to keep their employees happy, fire any and everyone for the stupidest reasons that should quite literally be looked into, and yet seem to always be hiring.
It was a decent place to work, but you definitely were treated as easily replaceable
It was a decent place to work based on my coworkers, if it was not for them I would have quit way sooner. The management treated you as replaceable and not a valuable member of the team. The hours and horribly rude customers did not make the pay worth it.
very corporate, no care for individuals
I originally told my interviewer that I could only work part time, then after being hired i was scheduled full time. when i tried to approach management about this i was told that i couldn’t change it for 90 days. expect an insanely long training period that only pays $7.25 hourly, but last 6hrs a day for 2 weeks.
