The Club provides golf, dining and social facilities. The Club is a semi-private club allowing public access to specific Club Facilities as the Club may define from time to time in its sole discretion. Club members will be provided with priority privileges to the Club Facilities.
Can the Club of America recall memberships?
While the Club has no present intent to do so, the Club reserves the right to recall memberships at any time in the Club’s sole discretion by repaying to the member an amount equal to the refundable portion of the member’s fee/deposit, including prorated portion of unused dues.
Do members of the Club of the United States pay membership dues?
Members will only pay membership dues and other club charges established from time to time. Members will not be subject to any liability for capital or operating assessments for the costs and expenses of ownership or operation of the Club or the Club Facilities. The Club will pay all operating deficits incurred in the operation of the Club Facilities and will retain all operating revenues resulting from operation of the Club Facilities.
