Other than money, its a great place to work. Members pay a lot to be there so service is the main thing, which I think it should be. Gratuities are split equal throughout the golf staff

Excellent facility that provided for a dynamic and friendly work environment. Management worked well with both caddies and club members. Clients were both friendly and respectful.
Productive and challenging work environment
Daily work was often challenging. Daily goals were clear and improvisation was often necessary to achieving daily goals. Accomplishing goals felt rewarding. Work culture however was cold and competitive. Attitudes amongst employees was not very friendly.
Have's and Have-Not's
Some people are favorites and are treated extremely well, Others not as much. If you are well liked, your opportunities are much greater. Certain employees are tipped, others are not.
Quick learning environment
I used to go in every morning or afternoon, get everything prepped up for the shift, which typically went smoothly. Week days were relatively slow. There was no rush, Weekends, on the other hand, were very unpredictable. Most weekends members would be pouring in non-stop for an hour or two, other times there would be no one all day.
Your dealing with millionaires and bigger. Just be Professional
I loved the place. there is growth everywhere. I personally had a great opportunity to further my dream in music and i took it. They supported me the whole way.

Working here at Saucon Valley Country Club was an incredible experience. Hanging out with the other caddies and working alongside Dave was a great experience that has followed me to many places and different jobs.
