Wow. Never realized it cost $18 to do that. You can buy a giant thing of epoxy for half that. I literally stood there and watched them install it, took 45 seconds.

I have worked on by own equipment since wooded drivers and no way would anyone charge less than $30 to remove and reinstall another shaft.

It seems I've offended some of you by asking if the price was fair, which is odd considering that's what this forum is for... I'll stand by what I said. A job that takes under a minute shouldn't cost $18. Since it does, I'll be doing it myself in the future.
