Feedback

Height isn't the main determining factor. One standard general rule is the wrist to floor measurement, which you can search for and find the "norm". Being 6'3" doesn't necessarily tell you what you need because you may have long or short arms than what would be considered standard.

Feedback

I'm 6'3 and play standard. It's what I grew up using, and using anything else would take a bit of time to adjust to.

Feedback

I would add that if you get measured and feel like you are hitting it well, make sure you get the swing weight where you want it if you do go longer. I am 6'6" with 39" or so wrist to floor so I have to have longer clubs to even feel comfortable, but they don't do me any good unless I can keep the swing weight where I like it, which is D4.

Feedback

I agree with the other responses. Height alone is not the determining factor. You could be 6'8" and have gorilla length arms so should play shorter clubs. A swing board alone won't be much help either. As the shaft is lengthened the lie needs to become flatter. (Think driver and sand wedge.) Another factor is the condition of your back.

Feedback

As others said height is not the end all and be all. Just get fit. not sure why you mentioned SS though.

Feedback

It really only matters in the short irons if your lie angle is correct. If you are comfortable with the length of your wedges then adjust the rest of the set to match.

Feedback

I am 6'3" and have a driver SS in the lower 100s also. My WTF measurement is 35.5"-36" depending on the shoes. That leads to more of a standard to at most 1/2" over. But I have been playing irons at + 3/4" for several years and at least 3* upright. Testing on a lie board has shown I need at least 3* upright.
