We were there this past late-March, and it seems to me that the non-guest rate for both Lanai courses was $225 to play, and another $50 for a same-day replay round. This incuded carts. We were Lodge guests, and were charged $210 per round (I am pretty sure), but for guests it was "all-you-can-play".
