I have a friend running roughly the same numbers or maybe even more.. On a LS1 set up..I've installed the 300zx TT diff and axles for him.. Doesn't seem to be having problems.. Oh and by the way, i saw an add some where of a pretty fast s14 running with Infinity Q45 diff and axles..

hey dude, its me Frank, Sorry i don't have an info for your question, but I just bought a j30 as well, I got it for $260. The motor is in the machine shop. I got pics of the car and diff I'll post them Friday. I met this guy close to where i live he races 240's at south boston in va. I bought a 93 hatch for $350 , COMPLETE CAR.

The axles give out before the differential. 300z, J30 and 240 diffs are for all intents and purposes for this thread about equally strong. Our differentials will handle just about anything you can throw at them, but our axles... Not so much.. I'd say you are very very close to having a problem... LS auto sells axles, but damn..
