My two choices are Golfsmith and a local retailer. Local retailer charges $15 flat fee for shaft service. Shaft installation or even just to glue on a tip. Or to install a tip, trim a shaft and install it. No charge for materials (ferrules on irons etc).

I have no dog in this fight. That said you are reaching. I'd be willing to bet there are more failures of epoxy jobs on off the rack value clubs then there are instances of Gorilla epoxy properly applied.
