Productive

I believe since the first person you see to be present on property is the Security Department. The Security Staff should be paid a bit more, since the Owners, Members, Guest & Staff are being protected from any harm or danger, in a rotation of 24/7.

Circuit Caddie Career

Excellent hours, competitive environment, daily cash income for a six hour max work day. Physically challenging work walking miles up and down golf course hills, but worth it.

Assistant Caddie Manager

In my 20 year career at S V I saw no positive changes from upper management. I would honestly say that the club went backwards. The pay was ridiculous as were the working conditions. There was absolutely no concern for their employees. I would not recommend S V as a career opportunity.

Amazing place... especially if you fit in

If you fit into a certain “Demographic” then you will certainly get the feeling that you are not appreciated. I worked there for years and there are certain staff members I would see everyday and I can guarantee they did not know my name. I could walk passed people in the clubhouse and couldn’t even get eye contact.

Good experience

Sage Valley was a awesome place to work. Everyone in my department in the kitchen respected eachother as well as had fun. They really care about their employees. I highly respected my boss and the owner. Each department's pay is different. I worked in the dish pit for 9.50 an hour. Brought home good money every week.

Postive work place

Positive work place with considerate and responsible management. Quality is assured from food to the guest experience. Not much advancement opportunities though

Great Place To Work

Sage Valley is a great place to work. They work with you and are very understating you couldn’t ask for a better place to work. Sometimes things are a little crazy there but it always comes together. Pays okay too
