Fun job, great people, tough hours
This was a great summer job. I learned a lot of groundskeeping skills including equipment operation and safety training. The management here is wonderful, and I really felt cared about as an individual.
Poor management, no training
A golf course can be a great place to work, but not here. I found each area to be very separate. The women in the office are snarky and rude, they backhandedly put down servers regularly. It was just not a good place to go to work. Not to mention the manager would schedule girls outside of their availability and refused to amend the issue.
