To enable player flights, go to Event/League > Event/League Profile > General Settings. Select the option to use multiple flights (as shown below).

Accessing Flights

If creating player flights to be used for the entire league or event, go to Golfers > Divisions/Flights/Teams > Manage Flighted Golfers.

Automatically Create Flights Using a Custom Field

The next option is to create flights by using a custom field . If you uploaded players via spreadsheet, and have a column that identifies what flight everyone is in (as shown below), you can use that column (custom field) to create the flights.

If your flights are created using auto-fill, oftentimes there may be a change and you need to re-flight. To re-fill the flights after changes, go back to Manage Flighted Golfers > Add New Flights/Refill Flights. Make sure the option to "Refill Existing Flights" is selected and finish the flight setup. The flights will then be refilled.

Manually Changing Flight Membership

After flights are created, you can manually change flight membership for specific players (if necessary). This is often needed when there are changes after the initial creation of the flights.
