Wedgewood is a great place to work. All department managers are fair and friendly. Fast paced environment makes time go fast. Members are very nice and management rewards hard work.
Non professional, Managment is terrible... Hostility
At the beginning coming on board...the staff seem nice, and helpful, till they sense intimidation when you ask questions about the job or offer practical tips on getting the work done... Then they flip on you, gossip, slander & harrass people for doing and caring about their job.
Don't work here
They will work you like a dog for little compensation. The management leaves much to be desired. They only take care of their own. It's difficult to get time off. Avoid working here, it was miserable.
Fun place to work
I worked here for years, and absolutely loved everyone I worked with. Mostly everyone here is close knit and fun to work with. My schedule had flexibility which I really appreciated.
