I've been meaning to post about the players 4 bag straps myself. Not only are the difficult to adjust, but it was difficult enough to the point that when tightening the strap on my left shoulder two weeks ago the buckle the strap goes through snapped! I got the bag at the end of June and can now only use it as a single shoulder.

The straps all snap in. If you push the button in the center of the attachment point in, you can pull the strap out. Just rotate the configuration 90° to the left. Attach the top left strap (on the t side of the titleist logo on the bag) to the bottom left connector. Move the one from the bottom left side to the bottom right.
