Best to focus on extending trail wrist rather than what wrists look like at the top then somewhere in the transition/ downswing add flex to lead wrist by flexing it or adding more extension of trail wrist. What the wrists look like at the top is highly dependent on relationship of hands in the grip assuming the trail wrist is extended.
