You cannot cancel or downgrade your membership online. Please contact us at 866-867-4653 and select the menu option for the Topgolf facility nearest you. Select the site where your membership was purchased and then choose the option for memberships.
Can you cancel Topgolf reservation?
If your Topgolf Coach Pro fails to give you 24 hours' prior notice of cancellation you will be entitled to 1 extra hour of coaching on top of the session that was missed. We require a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice of any cancellation of any session. This can be made directly through your Pro.
