Flatter lie angles on fwy woods and hybrids have been a game changer for me. My first experience was with a Ping TiSi 3wd (Best club I have ever had, and like an idiot I sold it) that had a custom RFO hosel. It was 2 deg flat and two degrees open.

My question is if you change the loft by the full 1 degree or half degree up (3 sf tec from 16 to 17degrees) what happens to the face angle (closed or opened)and lie angle (Upright or flat) and by how much.
Feedback
Increasing loft closes the face angle. It's roughly 1.8* more closed for every 1* of loft increase.
Feedback
But if you square the club at address after you change the loft, the face angle will be square and the loft is increased. It's one or the other but not both.
