First remove some air from the tire so that it will be able to make through the forks once its loose. standing in front of bike facing it. on your left side of wheel is a bolt at the axel that should be a large allen/hex head bolt loosen it to take pressure off of axel. You will see a large hole on that same side of axel.

first take off the brake caliper takes a 10 mm socket..Next jack front of bike up just enough to take pressure off front tire...take off the axle nut lbit more to take pressure off axleock washer and flat washer...Next remove two axle support nuts from the right side of bike 1/2 in socket.

If you'l Google 'H-D golf carts", you'll get lots dealers that sell the manuals and the schematics are in those. The manuals aren't that expensive and contain all the info you need to fix anything that goes wrong with your cart. Believe me when I tell you that the manual will pay for itself.
