To check the transaxle oil remove the fill plug on the rear end cover with the cart level oil should be right at the hole. You have to remove the the cover if you want to change the oil to drain the oil. There's no gasket they use silicone to seal the cover so clean off all the old silicone and use a bead of silicone and reinstall the cover.
