Just one thing to add, Auto Hold will become active again as soon as the drivers seat belt is fastened. Agree with Rebecca that this function is so convenient to use.

I can come to a complete stop in mine pressing as lightly on the brake pedal as I can to stop the car and it will start moving again when I release the brake. However apply a bit more and it will illuminate the green (P) on the dash and hold. It's a really clever system, although can feel quite grabby when pulling away on a steep incline.

Couldn't agree more, this feature is magic. And if you modulate foot brake pressure when at the stop lights i.e. Push just enough to for the green hold light to come on and the hold the car the auto stop can be avoided. Push harder and the engine will stop. Whole system is brilliant and so easy to use.
