It is a known issue. Not much in the way of fixes. There doesn't seem to be a listed manufacturer, which generally means they are made in China at the cheapest price point and badged to a seller chain. The only thing I can suggest is to make sure the battery is fully charged and make sure that all the connectors are clean.
