This is a social membership including use of the restaurant, fitness center, card rooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi. Social memberships include up to two members of those who are listed on the home deed. As of June 1, 2021, there is an annual fee of $3,445.50 per property. There is a Restaurant minimum of $600 per year.
Stoneybrook Other Association Fees
With each membership, there are HOA fees as well as the Palmer Ranch Association fee ($167 billed annually) and the SCA Boulevard Maintenance fee ($177 billed annually).
