Keep heading north and you will see Monty's Golf next to the Rockstar Row. Enter the garage door behind the signage and use your party pass to get into the elevator. Exit the elevator and go down the escalators next to the number 1 signage. After going down, turn left and you should see signage that says 10 Par 5.
