I'll leave it at that. That's the Gold Stars, Hole 1 needs to be done in 13 flaps to get the super star. Hole 7 = 10 flaps.

Flapping 101
Flapping is the main form of movement in this game, as it is the only way for you to directly control the momentum of your character. Therefore, it is important to know how flapping works. In short, a single flap will add a quantized amount of horizontal momentum to your character and set your vertical momentum to a constant value.
Quick tapping
For certain holes, you must be able to flap very quickly in a short amount of time to be competitive. For mobile devices, it is advised you put your device on your lap and alternate between left and right pointer fingers. This way, it is also easier to count how many flaps you do. To flap 9 times quickly, just count 5 left finger flaps.
No Bounce Landing on the Green
When you're on or very close to the surface of the green, pressing the left or right flap buttons will halt all vertical momentum. This technique is vital for when you're falling a long distance onto the green.
Ceiling Bounces
In some cases, hitting a ceiling is the fastest way for you to start a descent, because you can bounce downward instantly instead of waiting for gravity to reverse your momentum.
LR Flap
If you flap left and right in quick succession, your character will maintain horizontal speed while adding a fixed amount of vertical height.
Using Optimal Strategies

Note that Individual Hole strategies might differ from Full Level strategies, which might differ from Full Game strategies.
