Changing the first ‘1’ would change the level of the Neon Light club, but changing the ‘7’ would change the identity of the card itself. For example, if you change the first ‘1’ to ‘8’, and then change the ‘7’ to ‘37’, you will now be using a Level 8 Bat Wings card.
What does the number of cards mean in golf?

You will not see any change on your screen, but jump into a game and you’ll have a Level 8 Bat Wings. On a side note, the game will show you using a Bat Wings 8, but if you click on the club to change spin, on that screen it will still show as the old card that it was (Neon Lights or whatever).
